Clear booking process
Booking & Service Policy
We keep the repair process clear from the first enquiry: tell us the fault, we confirm availability, diagnose the appliance and explain the repair before work proceeds.
Request a repair booking
Send your appliance, area and fault details. We will confirm the next available appointment.
A booking request is not yet a confirmed appointment
Submitting a form, WhatsApp message or email tells us that you want to arrange a repair. We confirm the appointment after checking the service area, appliance type, technician availability and the information you have supplied. Please wait for our team to confirm the agreed day or time window before treating the booking as final.
Tell us as much as you can about the fault
Useful booking details include the appliance type, brand, model number where available, error code, what the appliance is doing, what still works, and whether there is a leak, electrical trip, burning smell or gas smell. Photos can be sent on WhatsApp where they help us understand the equipment or visible fault.
Price guides are estimates, not fixed quotations
Our online pricing guides help customers understand common repair ranges before booking. The final price can change according to the diagnosed fault, parts required, appliance model, access, labour and the condition of related components. We confirm the repair price after diagnosis and before chargeable repair work proceeds.
If you need the current call-out or assessment arrangement for your area, ask when booking so we can explain it before the visit.
Diagnosis comes before parts replacement
Similar symptoms can have different causes. A fridge that is not cooling may have an airflow, control, compressor, refrigerant or electrical fault. A washer that will not spin may have a drain, motor, belt, control or load-related problem. We inspect the appliance and identify the likely failed system before recommending parts or repair work.
Parts availability can affect repair timing
Some repairs can be completed during the initial visit when the required part is available and the fault is confirmed. Other jobs require a model-specific part to be sourced. Where parts are required, we explain the next step and expected timing as accurately as possible once availability is known.
Same-day service depends on availability
We work seven days a week from 07:00 to 18:00, but same-day attendance cannot be guaranteed for every area, appliance or fault. Where a same-day slot is available, we will confirm it directly. Otherwise, we arrange the next suitable booking.
Gas, electrical and active-leak safety
If you smell gas, see smoke, notice burning, have an active electrical fault or have water reaching electrical components, stop using the appliance where it is safe to do so and tell us before the visit. Do not repeatedly reset tripping circuits or continue operating equipment that appears unsafe.
Access and appointment changes
Please make sure the appliance can be safely accessed when the technician arrives and tell us about security gates, complexes, parking limitations or access instructions in advance. If you need to change an agreed booking, contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange another suitable time.
Warranty or guarantee terms
Any warranty or guarantee that applies to a particular repair should be stated on the quotation, job record or invoice for that work. We do not publish a blanket warranty period that may not apply equally to every part, service or repair condition. Ask us about the terms that apply to your specific job before work proceeds.
