What happens after you book
We confirm the fault details and arrange the next suitable visit
Once your request reaches us, we use the appliance type, area and symptoms to understand what kind of repair is needed and confirm current availability. If more detail is useful, we may ask for a photo of the appliance, model label, error code or damaged area before the visit.
During diagnosis, we check the systems connected to the symptom and explain what needs attention. If a replacement part is required, the correct part depends on the model and the confirmed failure. We do not treat refrigerant, control boards or other major components as automatic replacements without testing the fault first.
If the appliance smells of gas or burning, is smoking, has an active electrical fault or is leaking onto electrical components, stop using it and tell us about the safety issue when you contact us.

What you receive after submitting the form
When the form is accepted, we send a booking notification to our repair team and a confirmation email to the address you supplied. The confirmation includes your booking reference, submitted service details and quick links to call or WhatsApp us if you need to add information.
The confirmation acknowledges that we received the request; it does not create an appointment time automatically. Our team contacts you to confirm availability and any additional information needed before the visit. If you need to send photos, a model label or an error code, WhatsApp is usually the easiest way to add them.
